The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has this morning approved the rules for the admission of pupils in kindergarten for the next academic year 2009-2010.
The legislation aims to regulate the procedure for admission of children in the centers under the Children's Services Schools of the City of Murcia.
The positions offered are for children aged 0-3 years born between January 1, 2007 and May 8, 2009, being the minimum age for admission to 3 months.
The Centers will have the following hours of operation, Monday to Friday:
1 .- Education Department.
Mornings: 8:30 to 12:00
Afternoon: 15:00 to 16:00 hours
2 .- dining service.
Hours: 12:00 to 15:00
With regard to opening hours, it should be noted that the centers are open from 8:30 to 16 hours may be extended to 7:45 pm, whenever requested by a number of users exceeding eight.
Generally, the school units in Early Childhood Education Centers shall comply with the following ratios:

16 children
In the admission process in all Child Education Centers a place is reserved for classroom for children with special educational needs.
In case of no applications for these positions will become part of vacancies to be filled.
2009-2010 Admissions Calendar
- From 21 April to 8 May. Book Plaza and admission of new applications.
- From 11 to 15 May. Scales of applications.
- From 1 to 5 June. Exposure of the charts with scores and presentation of claims.
- From 10 to 12 June. Resolution of complaints.
- 17 June.
Approval of the final list of admitted
From 18 to 30 June. Exhibition admission list and formalization of Enrollment.
The families with children enrolled in the school year 2008/2009 in Early Childhood Education Centers Municipal wishing to reserve a place for the 2009-2010 academic year must submit an official request, in their centers.
The plaza renovation of the children admitted through the Integration Plan, will be conditioned by the guidelines and evaluations of early childhood equipment, and resources of the Centre.
