In the garden of the Malecon is installed, also an SOS post, similar to existing highways and will allow users to directly connect the gardens with the local police.

These new systems will be installed at the busiest parks, are intended to prevent the commission of offenses and acts of vandalism.

At the same time seeking to prevent crime, will also promote the protection and the conservation and custody of assets.

The cameras capture only images, no sounds, in supervised areas and transmit them by telephone to the operational control center of the central units of the local police.

Informational plaques placed in the environment of those gardens brought to the attention of citizens the existence of the surveillance system.

The use by the Security Forces of video cameras to record images in public places and their subsequent treatment to ensure the coexistence of citizens and help prevent the commission of crimes, misdemeanors and infractions is governed by the Organic Law 4 / 1997.
