Murcia University is planning the construction of a building, with funding of 5.8 million euros, which provide a platform for interdisciplinary experimentation in Earth Science and Life.
This project has been evaluated positively by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and the agreement to make it happen has been approved by the Governing Council of the Autonomous Community.
The building will be erected on a plot of 6,500 square meters is located on the campus of Espinardo, compared with the faculties of Psychology and Computer Science.
The building will provide spaces for the development of specific research projects at the University of Murcia, as well as collaborative projects with other institutions or companies.
It also will house general research services and forums for the exchange of scientific experiences.
On the other hand, the University of Murcia, through the Vice President for Research, was present at the first meeting 2009 of the Sectoral R & D of the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE), held in Madrid, and the which outlined the current state of Science Law and International Campus of Excellence Program.
