Nonduermas and the hamlets of San José de la Vega will have new pavement and sidewalks.
The City will invest 220,000 euros in these two projects aimed to improve pedestrian traffic and the image of the old towns of these districts.
Work under Nonduermas consist of remodeling the church square, paving a stretch of Calle Virgen de la Fuensanta and cobblestone pedestrian street perpendicular to the Via Rail in the urban center of the hamlet.
These works have been requested by the Municipal Board Nonduermas.
The Church Square is one of the most important public spaces of the village today.
The poor condition of its pavement remodeling is necessary.
The works consist of placing new red paving and replacement of street furniture and planters.
It is also in bad shape perpendicular to the pedestrian street of Via Rail, which has a section collapsed, and to be continuing to re-pave the streets of Parral, providing a larger space and pedestrian traffic.
The works will start soon as the Board of Governors has awarded this work to the company provisionally and fabricated Oyco Hydraulics, Ltd. The period of execution of the work is four months and the investment of 120,000 euros.
In San José de la Vega also pave several sections of sidewalks on Liberty Avenue and pave the streets and San Blas Serrano, all in the town.
It's sidewalks are in poor condition and close to the pedestrian crossing and paving is intended to facilitate pedestrian traffic and improve the aesthetic appearance of the town.
These works have been requested by the Municipal Board.
The Governing Board approved the project and contract specifications for this work.
Lead time is four months and the investment of 100,000 euros.
