Salam Doudieh: "More than 200 000 Palestinians barely survive in Lebanon"
Palestinian refugees make up a third of the refugee population in the world and also one of the groups of older refugees.
Currently, there are about five million refugees, who make up the majority of the Palestinian people beyond just two-thirds, and include refugees of the war of 1948 and the Six Day War of 1967, which led to other means million Palestinian refugees.
