Groups of nine universities participating in the University Theatre Festival (05/03/2009)

Six Spanish groups, one Belgian and two Hispanic Americans, will participate in the XIII Festival of University Theater, which was organized by the University of Murcia, will be held from 6 to 13 March at the Colegio Mayor "Azarbe" and the Performing Arts Center Torre Pacheco.

The Theatre Group at the University of Granada will be responsible for opening morning, day 6, the Festival staging, the "Azarbe" the work of Fernando Arrabal "First Communion", while the Classroom Teatro de la Universidad de Murcia will do so in Torre Pacheco with "Night of War in the Prado Museum," Alberti.

Also play a role in the encounter groups of universities "Carlos III" of Madrid, La Coruña, Alicante and LiÃ¨ge (Belgium), along with two other companies of Santa Fe (Argentina) and Mexico and the School of Dramatic Art in Murcia.

The Festival is organized by the Theatre, the Vice President for University Extension, and has the support, among others, the Directorate General for Cultural Promotion.
