The City Council may organize events of interest in the stadium where no official competition matches
The Board of Governors approved conditions of use New Condomina stadium.
The City Council gives full use of the stadium to Real Murcia when utilized for the development of the official parties of both the National Professional Soccer League as the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
For the celebration of other unofficial competitions will require City Council approval.
This assignment will last for 50 years, if not dissolve the sporting society, in which case the City will regain the use of it.
In addition, the Consistory, as the owner of the sports facility is entitled to use for events of interest whenever they do not coincide with the celebration of sporting officials.
For its part, Real Murcia Football Club will be responsible for maintaining, preserving and repairing the property.
