The Socialist Party spokesman, María José Alarcón, yesterday attended the laying of the cornerstone of the new facilities of CEIP Juan Carlos I de Llano de Brujas.
Parents of students in the center held a meeting with Speaker of the PSOE to transfer its concern about the real needs of the only school in the hamlet.
Members of the Association of Parents of the school, which welcomed the start of construction of the new flag of early childhood education, Alarcon showed concern about the problems of lack of infrastructure of the center.
In this sense, parents said, "Our school community needs to build this new facility is finished before the start of the new course, because we should not forget that this year two groups of kindergarten remain in prefabricated classrooms, which cleaned up could only be achieved through verbal and written complaints to the Ministry of Education. An extension insufficient
Similarly, the AMPA Socialist spokesperson reiterated that the extension is insufficient when taking into account the real needs of the only school that has the hamlet.
"The four new classrooms will come only partly alleviate the problem of overcrowding in the center, but we must continue working to build up the last of the necessary facilities to ensure our children's right to a quality public education," they said.
