A study by the University of Murcia is the best corporate model to determine the type of company (02/03/2009)

Researchers at the University of Murcia working on a science project that has as main objective to determine the best corporate model based on characteristics of business project that is intended to accomplish.

This research, which is funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation, aims also to identify weaknesses or deficiencies in current regulation of the organizational structures and develop specific proposals to amend the legislation.

All this to achieve greater economic efficiency and legal certainty, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The study, performed by a team whose principal investigator Professor Maria Mercedes Sanchez Ruiz, analyze professional societies, the new limited partnership company and legal and societal aspects of family businesses, not to mention European societies.
