Only ten Spanish cities enjoy this recognition that guarantees a prompt human reply
The Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, this morning the prestigious certification of its Charter Aenor Services Municipal Information Service.
This certification guarantees the quality of service and provides greater confidence among citizens in fulfilling their commitments.
