A book by two professors at the University of Murcia designated as one of the highlights of the year by the Association for Communication Policy (16/02/2009)

The work "The conquest of power.

Elections and presidential campaigns, "teachers of the University of Murcia Antonio Garrido and Ismael Crespo, has been named one of the international books of the year by the Association for Communication Policy.

The book presents one of the first systematic comparative studies and political science and communication on American presidential elections and analyzes the political, voting trends and the use of marketing instruments electoral and political communication.

In its Official Gazette, the said Association, the largest in the field of political communication in Spain and Latin America, considered as one of the best books of 2008, along with professors from the University of Murcia, " The Audacity of Hope "by Barack Obama, President of the United States.
