The Department of Tourism of the City of Murcia allocated € 55,000 to promote the city as a venue for conferences and conventions.
The Hall has given its approval to the renewal of the collaboration with the Association of Collaborating Members Convention Bureau.
The Convention Bureau was founded in 1998 with the participation of public and private companies to promote Murcia as the seat of Congress.

The Office, which is based in the Annex at the Auditorio Victor Villegas, is responsible for the coordination of supply and demand of city services, development of specific technical dossiers, organization of reconnaissance visits to Murcia, transport discounts for Congress, institutional and technical support to the organizers of the event, delivery of promotional material and general information on Murcia, broadcast in the media and nominations for national conferences held in Murcia.
