Liu Jian, a professor of Spanish at the University of Foreign Studies, Beijing (China), visited the University of Murcia to inquire about the possibility that Chinese students spend stays in the educational institution Murcia.
The Chinese professor toured the facilities of the Merced campus and met with the rector Convalescence, José Antonio Cobacho, who spoke of the importance that is acquiring the Spanish language in their country and the ideal conditions for Murcia University Chinese students welcome.
Liu Jian belongs to the Spanish School of that University, which has 300 students in their classrooms.
In the meeting with the president, also attended the rector of International Relations and Communication, Maria Angeles Esteban, and Directors of Language Services and International Relations, Pilar Candela and Matthias Balibrea, respectively.
