A large segment of youth population in our town, about 24,000 children, is located in High Education Institutes, where they develop part of their daily activities.
It is therefore important to schedule extracurricular activities in schools, as a means of enriching the overall educational provision, together with cultural activities aimed at all citizens, making nuclei and foci of a school community that extends beyond the strict enclosure.
This helps to enrich the contents of the formal program, which encourages the formation of human values and students' cultural production and its outreach centers, exchange of experiences and social interaction and cultural centers environment.
