90% of homes that were illegal under the previous General Urban Plan (Plan) and have been legalized.
The new General Plan, adopted in January 2001, provided for a period of five years to legalize all illegal housing built before entry into force of the General Plan.
Also in 2005, is prefaced by agreement of the Whole within two years ending last Saturday (January 31).
In the first five years were legalized some 1,400 homes and over the past two years around 250 houses.
However on Friday was still coming to management requests to legalize housing, as well as the final will take a few days.
According to the municipal officers, about 90% of households that could legalize or have been certified or are integrated into the urban fabric within the partial plans have been developed over the years in the municipality (Juan Carlos I, Juan Bourbon, Ronda Sur and partial plans of districts).
