The Department of Quality and Modernization of the Administration has extended by two points over the wifi network that is made available to Murcia, with the installation of this service in El Palmar and Cabeza de Torres.
With these two additions, the municipality has eight locations in parks and gardens in the city for access to information and services information web sites and other municipal government: Glorieta Spain, Plaza del Cardenal Belluga, Bridge Hazards, Floridablanca Garden Plaza Santo Domingo, Teatro Romea.
Coverage areas have now been extended to two new districts external networks: El Palmar (wifi access point located in the Plaza Capitán García Gallego) and at the head of Torres (which covers the Church Square and the park) .
It will make a publicity campaign among the residents of these districts so that they know these new possibilities of using wireless technology wifi connection to municipal web sites and other public administrations.
