The Criminal Court acquitted the teacher accused of sexual abuse and assault of a minor (27/01/2009)

A final decision of the Criminal Court of Murcia has number three music teacher acquitted of the Public School Narciso Yepes Murcia, accused of a crime of sexual abuse and assault of a minor, because "it is proved that the facts do not came to occur, and therefore also disregarded the restraining order issued against the teacher, which prevented him from approaching the school.

The Ministry of Education, Training and Employment has shown its support for the teachers and the educational community primary center Narciso Yepes, which was affected by this unfortunate event occurred in January 2005, which caused the immediate replacement teacher .

The ruling leaves no doubt about the "lack of sexual abuse" and therefore "we proceed to the acquittal of the accused."
