At the conference this afternoon will discuss the characteristics of the 'flashmobbing' most significant that have been made in different countries and how social networks and the Internet have enabled groups of people coordinate in a new form of creative expression.
The 'flashmob' is an organized action in which a group of people quoted by Internet or phone messages in a public place to do something unusual, which cut the daily rhythm of the city and then quickly disperse.

José Luis de Vicente designed projects on innovation, technology and creativity, has been deputy director of the Festival of Arts and Technology ArtFutura, programming and a member of the Festival of Advanced Music and Multimedia Art, Sonar, and artistic director of the Digital Arts Festival Electronic Music, OFFF.
Oscar Abril, cultural producers, audiovisual producer and musician, he has focused on the production of projects related to new media art, performance, sound art and music.
