Response on the draft submitted by environmental organizations and neighborhood Murcia (20/01/2009)

In relation to the project that was presented this morning at a press conference to restore canals and windmills in the garden of Murcia, Councillor for Infrastructure and Community Services, José Arce Pallares, said yesterday that the project came to the city of Murcia and for reasons of time can not be included in the Local Investment Fund.

Arce has also clarified that the deadline is January 24 and she used to pass by the Governing Board so that all projects are now closed and set to the sum of money that belongs to the municipality of Murcia.

Moreover, Arce said that although the project has not entered in the local investment fund, the City of Murcia review and analyze the project presented by the various neighborhood associations and environmentalists.
