The UCAM begin teaching in late January, the Master in Management and Sports Management.
The aim of the course, among others, is to provide students with advanced skills in planning, methodology and scientific training for the direction and management of institutions and sporting events.
As stated the director of the graduate, Eduardo Segarra, "is the only master in this matter that has acknowledged the doctoral and master one of the few officers of Spain in leadership and management of sporting activities."
These studies are specifically aimed at graduates in Science in Physical Activity and Sport (CAFD), but can also enroll graduates interested in this field.
The master, of a face, pick a program of theoretical and practical content, "updated to the latest trends in sports management with a professional and scientific interest," the director Eduardo Segarra.
Among the issues to be addressed include those related to the quality and sustainability in sports management, safety and accident prevention organizations and sporting events and sports marketing and communication.
According to the director of these postgraduate studies, Eduardo Segarra, "the master's career are related to the management of sports facilities, public and private-sport management in public institutions, municipalities, county councils and autonomous communities, and sports business management.
The faculty emphasizes collaboration in the master of professional experts, including most notably the teachers of Science of Physical Activity and Sport (CAFD) of Lázaro UCAM Giménez, Eduardo Segarra, and Antonio Sánchez Pato.
Other speakers include teachers from different parts of Spanish territory, including Professor of the University of the Basque Country, Luis solar, and professor at the University of Granada, David Cabello, in turn President of the Spanish Federation of Badminton.
