Neighbors Cabezo de la Plata, in the hamlet of San Pedro Canadas, shall have a Municipal Center to be built on the street Schools.
The Governing Board gave its approval to the contract specifications for the construction of this building.
As stipulated in the statement, the municipal center will occupy an area of 380 square meters and will have four floors.
On the ground floor there is the general classroom, a lobby bar and four toilets, on the first floor, multipurpose room, on the second floor reading room on the fourth floor of City Council and a room for partnerships , and other dependencies.
The budget is 375,000 euros and the execution time is nine months.
These works will also entail improving the doctor's office next to the building and services to be adapted so they can be used by people with physical disabilities.
Similarly, the Board of Governors today approved the reform of the environment of another Municipal Center, in this case that of Santiago and Zaraíche.
Thanks to an agreement with the Autonomous Region shall be carried out refurbishment work in this area, between Ashley Street and St. James's Square.
This lot of 1,100 square meters will be paved with paving stones of different colors which will facilitate pedestrian use.
The budget is € 72,000 and the lead time of four months.
