Thirteen children from the Association of Parents of Children with Hearing and Speech (ASPANPAL) have interpreted this morning the popular Christmas carol "The fish in the river" before the birth installed at City Hall.
The children, mostly belonging to the College of Santa María de Gracia, have been accompanied by parents and teachers, and made his performance in the presence of the Mayor and Council Members of the Governing Body, that this has disrupted the meeting minutes Board of Governors.
The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, described the meeting as "a great gift we have in the waiting room on Christmas Eve, allowing us to see how the children enjoy, live and relish Christmas."
