The council of the Presidency, which includes general municipal services and the procurement area, will in 2008 with a budget of 15.1 million euros.
One of the main objectives of this council for 2009 is, as has been throughout 2008, making available new settlement centers and day centers the necessary ground for creation.
This is the undertaking to facilitate personal and professional life to promoting the existence families Murcia Day Care Centers for adults and for children conciliation.
The most significant costs borne by the council, led by Francisco Porto, are those relating to municipal building cleaning EUR -4.9 million mobile and fixed-EUR -770,000 fixed by contract, vehicles, machinery and tooling 429,000 euros - .
These are expenses that the City takes to maintain in the best facilities and municipal property, so that the services being optimally to meet the demands of Murcia.
Regarding investments, totaling about one million euros, general services provide by 2009 a total of 306,000 euros to be allocated to the purchase of vehicles, switchboards, phones and other machinery.
Regarding the Heritage service, investment, amounting to 550.00 Euro for the purchase of land for public use as public roads and gardens, municipal buildings and development costs.
