In this regard, stressed the importance of establishing Notification Sheets, a working tool launched by the Directorate General of Family and Children, "because we allow a path of coordinated action between all the professionals involved, both municipal social services as health, education, courts, Forces of State Security and associations. "
Finally, Bascuñana made a very positive balance of 'Project Luz', launched in 2002, and which was attended by over 500 children, both victims and perpetrators involved in sexual abuse cases.
In this regard, adding that "although it is necessary and vital to the treatment of victims for recovery and normalization of their lives, no less necessary is intervention with offenders who are under 14 years who specific therapies should be applied to get their reintegration and prevent future violent and criminal behavior. "
