Justice Minister Mariano Fernandez Bermejo, was responsible for opening the Conference on the Spanish Constitution in its thirtieth anniversary held at the Faculty of Law, organized by the Association of Young Lawyers.
Fernández Bermejo analyzed the role played by the Constitution in the consolidation of democracy in Spain and in ensuring a system of rights and freedoms.
In this conference, which runs along all day, involve several University professors, who will discuss issues such as religious freedom, the legal-philosophical essence of the Constitution and the impact it has on the legal system.
