Cyclists will integrate the Spanish Murcia name in all tests involving the coming year.
The sponsorship will affect the national teams in different categories during 2009.
This was announced by the Mayor, Miguel Angel House, which this morning has signed the cooperation agreement with the president of the Spanish Cycling Federation Fulgencio Sanchez.
The agreement was reached following the successful outcome achieved in this first year of the agreement.
Under this commitment, the name of the city of Murcia travel the world in the hands of the athletes of the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation and will be present at all sporting events involving national teams.
This initiative will allow the name of Murcia look at the kits for all teams at all levels-elite UCI, U-23 and junior, both male and female) and types of cycling and in all competitions to which they arise.
In total, more than 1,600 athletes will be named the City of Murcia in track events, road trial, cyclo-cross, BMX and mountain biking.
