A weekend to enjoy nature is proposed by the Tourism Council of the City of Murcia, María Isabel Valcárcel directing.
The Visitor Center of Light has organized for Saturday, December 6, a route of Nordic Walking by the natural park of El Valle.
The length of this route is 3 hours and is rated easy.
Nordic Walking is a sport born in the Nordic countries exercising a number of different muscles and provides multiple health benefits.
The Department of Tourism has been a pioneer in developing the game in Murcia, through ecotourism routes Center of Light.
This sport is suitable for every individual and that stands out for its easy and fast learning and low sense of fatigue during practice.
For Sunday, December 7, is planned a hiking route through the Sierra de Columbares.
The duration of the visit is 3 hours and the difficulty is average.
A bus will pick participants from each of these activities at 9.30 pm in the Square and take you to the starting point of the activity.
The registration fee is 5 euros for adults and 3 for those under 12 years.
