The UCAM work, along with five prestigious universities
Canadian and European works in an international tourism project
sustainable.
This new initiative will allow a total of 60 students
Canadian and European study and focused internships
for research in this area.
For this reason, the university
Catholic developed 27 and 28 November, a conference
Informative, in charge of those responsible for coordinating this activity
in the different participating universities.
From the Vice-Rector of
UCAM International Relations emphasizes that "this project
enable students to obtain a Certificate of Tourism Official
Sustainable. "
The president of the UCAM, José Luis Mendoza, held an emotional
meeting with the leaders of the project, which explained the ideology
faculty at Catholic University, focused on evangelization, teaching
and research, according to the principles of Christian Humanism.
Mendoza
congratulated the teachers and expressed his great satisfaction by incorporating
UCAM this project.
Among the experts attending the conference, include the
Tourism Program Coordinator, Mount Saint Vincent University
(Canada) Candace Blaney, the director of Cambrian College of Applied Arts and
Technology (Canada) Ibrahim Alladin, Director of the Department of
International College of the Rockies (Canada) Patricia Bowron, the
Vice Chancellor for Education and Training of the Scottish Agricultural College (UK)
David Mckenzie, and the director of the Department of Education-Hivinkään
Riihimäen Aikuiskoulutuskeskus (Finland) Sami Tikkanen.
