Smoot talks tomorrow on the origin of the universe]

Smoot held tomorrow, day 25, a conference at the Social Centre Universitario, Espinardo Campus, where he will, at 16 pm on "The origin of the universe."
Smoot open and Days of Astronomy and Astrophysics which will last until Dec. 2 and have been organized by the Vice President of University Extension, headed by Professor Francisco Guillermo Diaz.

Smoot, along with John C.
Mather, won the Nobel for his discoveries about the extent of the cosmic microwave background and its contribution to the development of modern cosmology.
Prior to his lecture, at 11 hours, the Rector of the University will host a reception in the building institutional convalescence.
