President of the Festival Committee.
Brother of the Royal and Most Illustrious Brotherhood Mary of the Dew.
President of the orchard Peña "La Zaranda."
President of the New Environment Association of the neighborhood.
The delivery of the distinction, which was agreed unanimously by the Council of Appointment on November 6, 2008, will be held on January 10, 2009, at 19:30.
