Murcia for two days has been the scene of the third transnational meeting of the European project 'Pro-Sto: Best practices for the development of solar thermal ordinances. "

The result of the participation of the municipality of Murcia on this project has been the drafting, following good practices developed in other municipalities, the Municipal Ordinance published on 29 September and in force on 14 October.
Through this project developed under the Intelligent Energy for Europe, Murcia City Council aims to promote solar energy use by promoting the effective implementation of the obligations of solar thermal energy.
The municipality of Murcia, advanced partner project, and given the commitment of city leaders to sustainability and awareness of its citizens, has already approved its solar ordinance, ahead of schedule.

The project ProStar is the third of the developed by the city of Murcia in collaboration with the Local Agency for Energy and Climate Change Murcia (ALEM) in its commitment in the Local Strategy to Combat Climate Change in the Municipality of Murcia.
