Urban has finally approved the construction of a residential area in the VPO Ñora with 85 to enable young people to buy a home and tackle the crisis.
The new development will also allow the parish to provide new infrastructure.
The new neighborhood is low density and will feature buildings 4 and 5 floors and three storey houses.
A total of 850 homes built, 85 of them VPO.
The complex will be located northwest of the hamlet, completing the Round Street north of La Nora.
The new development will occupy an area of about 200,000 square meters, of which 20,000 square meters will be allocated to green areas and 15,000 in equipment.
The complex will have bike lanes and about 900 parking spaces for vehicles.
