The Center for Social Services and Community Action open this afternoon at 20.30 hours, the exhibition 'Summer unusual' in the Civic Center Ship of Bacons Bridge.
Will be open until 22 November at the normal opening hours of the ship.
This exhibition is a proposal from the partners and members who participated in a photography workshop organized by the Bank of Time.
The aim of the exhibition is to show the operation of the bank's time and activities that develop and promote contact and exchange of experiences among the partners in it.
Time Bank Project Murcia began in 2006 and has two objectives: strengthening cooperation and promoting volunteerism and the town's inhabitants.
This project takes the form of benefits and services trade between its members, providing mutual assistance process that is performed by each offering services and in turn demand (time required to change from time offer).
Supply and demand for services is very diverse and focuses primarily on activities related to helping people (company single, timely care for the elderly, children, reading books etc.) Professional help (counseling, issues Labour etc.) chores, small home repairs, computers, tutoring and other services.
The recipients are seniors living in the city of Murcia and nonprofit social organizations based in the town.
