The Department of Sports modernize Beniaján football field with artificial turf installation.

The Governing Board has awarded the contract to the company Serrano Aznar SL Public Works Department of Sports, headed by Miguel Cascales, will invest 437,000 euros in this project.

Beniaján neighbors can enjoy a football field with artificial turf soon.

These works are part of an ambitious project which also aims to provide artificial turf soccer fields Guadalupe, Llano de Brujas, Stables and Boatmen.

Murcia is Spain's second city with the largest number of football fields, namely 48.

Of total football fields, seven have artificial turf (which must be added Beniaján, Stables, Guadalupe, Llano de Brujas and Boatmen), seven with natural grass and 34 are of land.
