All emergency services are prepared to intervene in case of heavy rain (08/10/2008)

The City of Murcia has alerted all municipal emergency services in anticipation of possible rainfalls recorded in the area.

The Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has warned of significant risk of rain and storm, so that all effective cleaning, civil protection, fire, police and industrial services are prepared to intervene if necessary.

Moreover, the City Council has maintained a brigade of the year fixed on call 24 hours to act in such emergencies.
