The Spanish Confederation of Local Study Centres (CECEL) held its annual meeting in Murcia for a few sessions that included the university reception offered in the building of Convalescence, home of the Chancellor.
The CECEL, framed by the National Research Council, is one of the largest publishers of books from Spain and covering all the humanities and anthropology.
In Murcia, the relevant body is the Royal Academy "Alfonso X the Wise, who runs the professor at the University of Murcia, Francisco Calvo.
The purpose of this organization are to promote local research studies, coordinate the work of federal institutions and facilitate collaboration among researchers.
