Once again, the government team's Party is obliged to report the systematic neglect that Zapatero's government has submitted to the municipality in terms of security, a situation not only requires the council to take on tasks that do not belong, but to demand the necessary investments that the government should be responsible for the nation, which under socialist only knows how to create crisis and social unrest.
A motion before the municipal plenary in September by the Municipal People's Party will propose to unblock the procedures that allow the immediate construction of the Civil Guard barracks in the Green Sangonera and urge the Ministry of Interior and the Government Delegation that, definitely, put the start date of the works of the Commissioner of the Barrio del Carmen.
The need to provide greater security to Murcia in recent years has led the government team's Party at City Hall to demand repeatedly to the government of the nation's need for more police infrastructure and the allocations that solve the shortcomings in this sense.
As a result of these requirements are achieved commitments from both governments that today are met by the City of Murcia, but have not been respected in regard to the National Government of the PSOE, who cheats once more to Murcia on an issue as important as our security.
Of the breaches by the PSOE is derived failure to carry out the construction of a Civil Guard barracks in Sangonera la Verde, a promise made to all residents of this hamlet in December 2005 and three years later is not only a reality but increasingly further from their implementation, in the same way that the construction of the Commissariat of Barrio del Carmen, is still without starting several years later.
In regard to the Civil Guard barracks in Sangonera la Verde, all the initiatives taken by the City Council to make this project have been rejected.
On July 12, 2006 was assigned a plot to free this work possible, and dated October 9, 2007, the ministry rejected the grounds of lack of fitness assignment and leaving wet paper a year and a half after all the work and agreements between both administrations.
This led again to the city of Murcia and the staff of Popular Party government to unblock the situation created by the PSOE offering a new site that met the new requirements of the Ministry of Interior.
Two years later, the PSOE had systematically lied to Murcia to repeat at different times and in various media that the headquarters of the Green Sangonera was a priority and would be built with the budget of the Civil Guard Management.
Three years later we are waiting for the Ministry of Interior to give a definitive answer to the construction of the Civil Guard barracks in Sangonera la Verde, and thus fulfill their commitments to Murcia.
Similarly, we are in a similar situation with respect to the Commissioner of the Barrio del Carmen, for which several years later still has not done anything: Opposite the Police Station Barrio de San Andrés, which is a reality because it was built entirely through the efforts of all the city of Murcia and Murcia, the Barrio del Carmen Police Station today still exists so that all Murcia we witness a failure after another by the PSOE.
We have seen how the ruling party of the nation since 2004 and again delayed the construction of this work or constantly changing location, such as taking out ads immediate opening of the station.
We must remember the changes made in October 2007 by the former Government Delegate, which was false, and found, as the last chapter, the rejection of the PSOE in the city of Murcia to a motion filed by the government team, the September 27, 2007, again requesting the start of the work and justifying his refusal by referring to the start of it within a short period of time.
A year later, we see again the Murcia have been deceived and this building still does not start.
