The City Council gave the Community 12,700 meters of land to build a training center (03/09/2008)

Murcia City Council will give free advice to the Employment and Training City two parcels totaling 12,500 meters in Santiago and Zaraíche for the construction of an Integrated Training Center in the professional family of the Energy and Water.

The soil that is transferred is valued at 12,704,000 euros.

With this transfer, the Autonomous Community can create this center, considered one of the most emblematic of this administration and that will make Murcia a national reference point for their contribution to sustainable development in the region.

This new center will allow access to all programs developed by the municipal employment, and will lead to the signing of an agreement between the two administrations to include the possibility of use of facilities by the municipality.
