Murcia has 12 new artists.
All of them, aged 8 and 15, are part of the workshop organized by the Department of Culture, where they are learning the basic techniques for painting still lifes.
This course, which began on July 31 will end on Friday with the awarding of diplomas.
The introductory class was taught by the museum's director, Manuel Fernández-Delgado, while the practical sessions have been submitted by Extracole, managers of education in their free time.
Ramón Gaya Museum has also hosted a course for adults that was held last July.
There were nine days in which combined both lectures, given by Manuel Fernandez-Delgado, José Julián Buigues antiquarian and journalist Pedro Soler, such as practical classes given by the painter Angel Hernansáez.
In addition, the gallery has reserved a conference for music in summer.
The museum will be heard every Wednesday until August 27 pieces of Verdi, Strauss, Wagner, Puccini and Bellini.

1920-1965 '(until 20 August) and' sculpture '(until 21 September).
This was the first year that the Department of Culture has organized activities in the municipal museums during the month of August.
