Councilman Antonio Castillo has placed this morning the first stone of the building of social housing in the Barrio del Progreso, which is included in the Municipal Housing Plan.
In total to eleven new dwellings to be accessible to special groups such as physically disabled, women victims of domestic violence, youth and families.
The surface area of each ranges between 47 and 90 square meters.
The selling price, including garage and storage varies, depending on the surface, between the 85,000 and 140,000 euros plus VAT.
All homes will have pre-installed air conditioning and fitted kitchen.
It should be noted further that using quality materials such as stone veneer facades, oak woodwork or sharecropping insulation with thermal clay blocks, among others.
The Department of Housing is expected that the works of this housing development completed in late 2009.
