With the intention of providing more and better safety for pedestrians and vehicles, the City of Murcia is going to carry out the installation of speed bumps humps on several streets in the hamlet of El Palmar.

The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light this morning with the specification to engage the siting of speed humps on several streets of that hamlet.

The total amounts to 66,000 euros.

The streets that will be installed are: Mayor, Floridablanca, La Gloria, Fortunato, Valle, Rambla, Zeneta, Primero de Mayo, Progreso, Burgos, crossing Calle Lorca, Burgos Avenue and Camino Viejo de Aljucer.

Moreover, the Governing Board of the City of Murcia has also approved the contract specifications for the work of repainting road markings Street Murcia Ceballos and others, for a total of 70,638.25 euros.
