Have already begun the process to carry out the construction of a new road which will connect Beniaján with Fica, which will become an alternative to the current road of Sorrows, which connects the hamlet of Beniaján with Murcia.
The new highway will parallel the river Segura, cross the Avenida Miguel Indurain, and when you reach the Round of Levante will turn 90 degrees, meaning Beniaján to connect to this road.
At the intersection with Miguel Indurain will be a roundabout heading.
Note that this new road will be another option to the existing road from Los Dolores, which currently has a capacity of 15,000 vehicles per day, reaching peak collapse.
The new road length of 2,750 meters, will have two lanes in each direction and a central median, and absorb a traffic volume of 43,000 vehicles a day, a figure that nearly triples the current space of the road to Dolores.
