The Plenum of the Municipal Corporation has given the green light this morning to the Draft Action Unit Delimitation in the area of urban land plots located next to the Garden of Salitre, between the streets and steps Acisclo Santiago Diaz, permitting short-term urbanization of them.
This new road will connect the street Acisclo Jerome Diaz de Roda, thus enabling an improved road network around the city.
Performance Unit is delineated with a gross area of 11,097 meters squared, of which 9,967 meters square is private land and the remaining area (1,130 square meters) will be dedicated to public roads.
Bounded Performance Unit is comprised of two blocks buildable, existing built a small plot in south-eastern extremity intended for a chapel-Ermita (a listed building Chest "Chapel of the Cross", protection 1ED-003).
