Catering establishments where there is staff of the Association of Chefs and Cooks (Jecomur) have an identification plate to let customers know how restaurants work of renowned professionals who are part of the association.
The Councillor of Tourism, Maria Isabel Valcarcel, the president of Jecomur, Juan Pedro Espinosa, Vice President of Jecomur, Francisco Gómez Maiquez and the director of Hotel Arco de San Juan, Jesus Pacheco, have installed this morning the first nameplate in the restaurant Arc of San Juan.
This initiative has the support of the Department of Tourism and Congress of the City of Murcia.
Jecomur has 40 partners that look in their establishments plates.
The association was established in January 1998 with the aim of promoting food and cooking Murcia and promote training and retraining of its members.
In addition, Jecomur contests of young chefs, courses for members and staff time collaborator and dissemination of regional cuisine of Murcia.
