Thanks to an agreement between the city of Murcia and Edival construction company, a total of 147 houses will be free to be protected, thus swelling the Municipal Housing Plan.
The development is situated in the hamlet of Cabezo of
Torres.
Prices will be those established by the Housing Plan 2005-2008, adapted to the surface and type of each of the homes.
To access the purchase of one of these buildings will have to submit an application.
The City Council will ensure equal opportunities for stakeholders through a public lottery, but preference shall be registered in the municipality of Murcia.
The Housing Plan is driven by the city of Murcia and tries to answer the need for young people under 35 years and other preferential protection groups - the disabled, women victims of gender violence and large families-who have difficulty accessing a house on the open market.
