IU + Councillor for the City of Los Verdes Murcia, Esther Herguedas, has submitted a written statement in which it claims it is known whether the promoters of Monteliso redevelopment project in St. Angelo, have been misappropriated by a field public ownership.
At a press conference, Herguedas reported that its policy has also launched a training resource to the final approval of the partial plan that took place in plenary on 29 May.
He noted that forest land, which covers an area of over 586 square meters, belongs to the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
In its submissions Herguedas requests the Town Planning, Fernando Berberena, to investigate these facts and that "there is no evidence that has been transferred or sold by the Autonomous Community of Murcia of this land" and "could be to a misappropriation of a plot whose market price would be around the 250,000 to 300,000 euros. "
"As you can see in the documentation on the partial plan in the record until February 2007, appears an area of 586.67 m2 whose owner is the CARM, while project developers have an area of 43465.52 m2. However, in the revised text presented in November 2007 for final approval any reference to the CARM and the land of the promoters of the project is now 44052.19 m2, exactly the sum of the two previous plots " .
"But this is not the only" red herring "of the council, since he has not taken into account the nominations made by the Department of Environment, however, on the record and specify that the General Plan requires that a report is issued the Ministry of Benito Mercader, as this partial plan is adjacent to the LIC Carrascoy-El Valle, as well as justifying how it will keep 80% of the forested area or how this plan affects endangered plant species by law.
