Consumption UNAE work with the association for the promotion of consumer protection policies (27/06/2008)

The Governing Council has approved in its meeting today the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Tourism and Consumption and the association 'Civic Union Regional de Murcia housewives' (UNAE) to promote protection policies consumers, amounting to 15,000 euros.

The association is committed to respond to inquiries and complaints received.

The agreement specifies that UNAE will assist in the information, education and training to the consumer.

This association will participate, also, in the Consumer Arbitration Board and in the criminal proceedings initiated by the claimant relating to the enforcement of interim measures, to enforcement or annulment of an arbitral award.

The association will also be integrated in as many advisory councils as possible: state, regional or local.
