The Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House opens first full service citizen services to streamline and improve information services and procedures, not only local but also those of the Region of Murcia.
With a total area of 200 square meters, the new facility, located in the Plaza of the Apostles will be fully operational from Friday 20 June.
The service will be provided by a staff of 30 trained and qualified before they can meet people in eight different languages: Castilian, English, Arabic, French, German, Russian, Ukrainian and sign language.
The choice of language has been designed to cater to the most common in the region of Murcia and its capital.
The service launches will address all issues arising information and formalities.
However, it is expected that the medium term, the latter are in real time.
The department shall establish a menu of services that will set targets for service quality, coverage and gradual expansions.
In the new office, with ample spaces, will have the management systems of the latest consultations and will allow waiting times are reduced so sensitive about the current situation.
The City Council is studying the extension of these offices to the districts, once they have perfected their performance.
This new Information Office will also have a small playground for children playing or painting can be entertained while their parents make the requisite administrative formalities.

Monday to Thursday from 9am to 18pm
Friday from 9am to 14pm

In all three communication channels mentioned above, it will provide the necessary information to conduct municipal and regional arrangements, administrative procedures such as registration certificates, address changes, corrections or certificates of payments data, among others.

This new office has been created to reduce appreciably the time the city has to invest in their relationship with the city.
The procedures used will lead to a simplification and acceleration of paperwork.
It aims to create a framework with an attention to quality and personalized citizen.
Through the use of new technologies, the ability to carry out a wide range of procedures without displacement is feasible in Murcia, through this new Citizen Information Office.
In the future it will integrate other administrative services that may be of general interest to the inhabitants of Murcia.

The office is put into operation this week will expand their functions and services in the coming months to address areas of information and broader service.
