About 3,300 students have participated over the course of the campaign 'I can also be supportive', driven by the Department of Social Services, which runs Fulgencio Cervantes and now hands out awards to two local primary school.
The Office of Volunteer Services Center 'Murcia Sur' dependent on the Department of Health and Social Services City of Murcia, has been developing since 2000 a number of activities to raise awareness and promote solidarity and volunteerism.
For the third year running has made a public awareness campaign to promote solidarity aimed primarily at children under the motto "I can also be supportive."
The campaign extends to all schools in the territory of the Center for Social Services 'Murcia Sur', and 3,300 schools have taken part in first, second and third cycle of primary belonging to 20 CEIP's in the area.
Students in first and second primary cycle have worked a booklet which promote solidarity actions that can be carried out in its surroundings.
In addition, postgraduate students have worked in groups, a report which set out various scenes of daily life in which a child can be supportive.
Later, they made pictures that reflect those or other situations in which children appear to collaborate with peers, with family, with conservation of the environment, etc.
This documentation, photographs, have been valued by experts from the Department of Health and Human Services awarded first prize to the group "Charlie's Angels," CEIP Antonio Diaz.

The prize is a trip to Valencia, for the full course of the winning team will visit the Oceanographic Museum and the Hemisferic Príncipe Felipe.
The second prize winner was the group "The new NGO" Gloria Fuertes CEIP El Palmar.
These little ones have received a trip to the Aquatic Park Aquópolis.
