The pavilion and Zaraiche Santiago, former Women's Section, will be demolished to build the Ice Palace or additional sports facilities.
The Governing Board of the City Council has awarded the demolition of the pavilion Construcciones Excavations Erri-Berri, SL, amounting to 58,600 euros.
Once the building is demolished the City will maintain the solar fencing and clean until you perform the proposed new sports facility that will take its place
The pavilion and Zaraiche Santiago, situated at Mar Menor in the district of Santa Maria de Gracia, next to Joseph Barnes, was closed by the Director General of Sports and the technical reports certifying the destruction of the facility in addition to the continuing acts vandalism that have been committed.
As there is no danger of collapse, there will be gradual demolition of the building.
The work will last 15 days from the commencement of work.
The pavilion has two plants in two sides and one in the play area with a total built area of 1,870 square meters.
The plot, rectangular, has an area of 1,500 square meters.
